How to prevent paying VAT (as a company)

If you purchase Drew, Lightning or our Fastener Models through our website, you are buying via FastSpring. FastSpring is our worldwide reseller; they handle worldwide payments and taxes for us.

When you make a purchase, the price often includes VAT or other taxes. But there is a button at the top to enter your company VAT ID and get the taxes set to zero. People often miss this button and we don’t blame you, it’s a poorly designed form and we told them as much.

How to purchase directly

If you don’t want to purchase via FastSpring for whatever reason, you can also email us to get a direct invoice. Please include your company details (including your VAT ID if you are a European company) and the products you want to purchase.
